President and CEO Mr. Anthony Giordano of Asset Recovery & Management Group LTD announced today the acquisition of several patent and intellectual property portfolio items from Advanced Technology & Marketing Group LLC (Clarkston, Michigan).

“While we have had access to this portfolio during several projects over the years,” reported Mr. Giordano, “obtaining the exclusive ownership of this property which was developed by ATMG as part of their work with General Motors and Daimler/Chrysler regarding chip processing and coolant filtration technology such as designs, software and validation data” will ensure we have “Best in Class Data” as part of our unique package.”

“As an integrator of global "Best-In-Class" solutions for Fluid, Filtration and Chip Handling technology projects we are constantly researching and benchmarking products and value adding solutions for our clients”, stated Mr. Giordano. “Having the sole use of these tools which ATMG developed directly with some of the top scientists, engineers and process experts within the Automotive industry will enable Asset Recovery to provide tremendous financial and operational forecasts on their projects”, adds Mr. David O’Ryan.
